Since
Buhari was elected President, non-Caliphate pundits have been publicly offering
suggestions on the changes he should make. These are changes the pundits think
can fix Nigeria’s well-known problems: Corruption, the bloated and costly
government structures, the lavish emoluments of legislators, and the like.
Fooled by Buhari’s “Change” mantra, they imagine that what concerns them,
fixing Nigeria in the interest of ordinary Nigerians, is also of interest to
Buhari.
Unfortunately,
most Nigerians have no clue about Buhari’s Caliphate mission to inflict
permanent Caliphate Colonialism on Nigerians. They have no inkling about the
sort of change Buhari has come to inflict. They delude themselves that he has
come to address such well known afflictions as corruption, Boko Haram,
electricity and petroleum products shortages that Nigerians have been clamoring
for ages for a government to solve, and that Buhari highlighted in his
deliberately deceptive Inaugural Address. But from a detailed understanding of
Nigerian history and the major interests that drive it, it is clear that,
though posing as coming to solve the problems most Nigerians have in mind,
Buhari has actually come to inflict a deadly Caliphate hidden agenda on
Nigerians. He has come to wage a political war on Nigerians—a blitzkrieg whose
objective is to ensure that the Caliphate Colonialism, under which most
Nigerians have languished and suffered since 1960, becomes permanent, and is
insulated from any challenge by its Nigerian victims.
All
warfare is based on deception. So, only political mumus—of which, alas, Nigeria
is chockfull—will be surprised that Buhari’s campaign promises, Inaugural
address, etc. are full of deception. [See: “Discourse on Our Mumu”, Part I of
“2015—Between Liberation and Slavery” http://ugowrite.blogspot.com/2015/02/discourse-on-our-mumu-part-i.html , and “2015 Presidential Election
Issues”, Part II of “2015—Between Liberation and Slavery” http://ugowrite.blogspot.com/2015/02/2015-presidential-election-issues-3.html ]
But
the fog of deception and disinformation can be seen through and his real agenda
exposed if one is aware of the Caliphate’s interests and stated objectives.
His
agenda, as I diagnose it, includes the following main items: (1) Wage a
Genocide-for-oil blitzkrieg on the S-S where Nigeria’s oil is located, and
appropriate their oil for the Caliphate’s North; (2) Subdue the Yorubas,
prevent any recurrence of the Yoruba political rebellion that followed the
Caliphate’s annulment of Abiola’s June 12 election, and then make all of
Yorubaland a footstool of the Caliphate, like they made Ilorin, two centuries
ago, using Afonja; (3) Destroy any possibility of real democracy and True
Federalism in Nigeria by making sacrosanct the fraudulent 1999 Constitution
that gives the Caliphate hegemony over Nigeria under that fake-democracy
constitution. (4) Impose Shariya on
every part of Nigeria. (5) Effect a Final solution, by genocide, to what they
perceive as their Igbo problem.

Over
the years, these 5 Caliphate policy objectives have been articulated by their
spokesmen:
(1) Bala
N’Allah on Genocide-for-Oil (2009)
“What is happening in
the Niger Delta is pure criminality of the highest order, arising from total
disregard for constituted authority. In Iraq, thousands of people lost their
lives because of an insurrection against the government during the reign of
former Iraqi leader, Saddam Hussein. We can do away with 20 million
militants for the rest 120 million Nigerians to live.” (emphasis
added)
–2009 An
incitement to genocide by Bala Ibn N’Allah of Kebbi State, a Caliphate member
of the Nigerian House of Representatives. (The Guardian, Thursday, May
28, 2009).
(2) Usman
Faruk on subduing the Yorubas (2012)
“North replies Asari: We
subdued Yorubas & conquered the Ijaws; We will do it again”,-- Usman Faruk, (August 2012)
Faruk was the military governor of North-West State during the Yakubu
Gowon regime.
(3)
Make unchangeable the Caliphate
Colonialist Nigeria system that’s codified in the 1999 Constitution
(3a) The ACF’s Vice National
Chairman, Joseph Waku (2012) on people talking treason and not being arrested--
i.e. on punishing talk of secession or self-determination as treason.
“the president is sitting down there and listening to people
making advertisement of secession and they are not arrested. . . . How can some
people say we will secede and the national security operatives didn't say
anything or fault the threat?”

(4)
Islamizing

of the religion of the Prophet. If they want political unity let them follow our religion.” 15

(5) Caliphate’s
project of Genocide for Ibos
(a) “Many (Nigerians) deceive themselves by thinking that
Nigeria is one, . . . particularly some of the press people. . . This is wrong.
I am sorry to say that this presence of Unity is artificial and it ends outside
this Chamber. . . The Southern tribes who are now pouring into the North in
ever increasing numbers, and are more or less domiciled here do not mix with
the Northern people… and we in the North look upon them as invaders.”
–1948, Alhaji
Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, parliamentary
leader of the Northern Peoples’ Congress (NPC), during the budget session of
the Nigerian Legislative council.
(b) “When the British leave,
we shall sweep the Ibos into the sea”—1954, The Sardauna in the Daily
Times.
(c) “The time has come. We
are going to show these intellectual fools that we are only in the morning of
our leadership of this country. . .Our only obstacles are the Ibos. They have
overplayed their card. They will sink”
— Dec 1964, NPC manifesto

To
carry out this hidden agenda, Buhari needs to move fast before enough Nigerians
realize what his #change mantra is really about (changing things to how they
were before 1999, when OBJ began eroding Caliphate power) and organize to
resist and defeat him. It is not surprising therefore that within his first
month as President, Buhari has moved fast to start implementing these Caliphate
policies, beginning with Genocide-for-Oil and Subduing the Yorubas.
To implement the Genocide-for-Oil policy, he
quickly changed the armed forces priority from the Boko Haram insurgency in the
N-E to napalming alleged oil thieves in the S-S:

Survivors of the attack
In
launching that napalm attack, Buhari has begun a political blitzkrieg on the
S-S. in order to implement this 2009 Genocide-for-oil call by a Caliphate
legislator:
“What is happening in
the Niger Delta is pure criminality of the highest order, arising from total
disregard for constituted authority. In Iraq, thousands of people lost their
lives because of an insurrection against the government during the reign of
former Iraqi leader, Saddam Hussein. We can do away with 20 million
militants for the rest 120 million Nigerians to live.” (emphasis
added)

incitement to genocide by Bala Ibn N’Allah of Kebbi State, a Caliphate member
of the Nigerian House of Representatives. (The Guardian, Thursday, May
28, 2009).

If
you still doubt the correctness of my list of items on Buhari’s hidden agenda,
please note that Buhari has also begun implementing the policy of subduing the
Yorubas:
“North replies Asari: We
subdued Yorubas & conquered the Ijaws; We will do it again”,-- Usman Faruk, (August 2012)
Faruk was the military governor of North-West State during the Yakubu
Gowon regime.
This
subduing of the Yorubas has begun by trying to force Bola Tinubu, the leader of
the ACN (the Yoruba component of the APC) out of the NEC of the APC.
Plot to bar
Tinubu from APC NEC meeting thickens http://sunnewsonline.com/new/plot-to-bar-tinubu-from-apc-nec-meeting-thickens/
My Caliphate Colonialism was completed in
2013, and was posted on websites and has
been circulating by email since then. It was sent to Gov. Fashola, Tinubu’s ACN
successor as Gov. of Lagos. It was sent
to Tinubu’s newspaper, The Nation, as
well as other major newspapers. In it, I documented the Caliphate’s record of
using and then dumping non-Caliphate leaders and parties, and then I warned
Bola Tinubu specifically:
With these examples of
how non-Caliphate leaders and parties have been used and dumped all these
years, those of today would be ill-advised to enter into any alliance with the
Caliphate or its political parties. In particular, Bola Tinubu and the
ACN should not make the mistake of assisting Buhari and his CPC to come to
power.
Of course, my warning
was not heeded by Tinubu and his ACN. Now,
just three months after using him to regain the presidency, the Caliphate are
in the process of dumping him.
Those who recently
gathered in Ibadan and were preparing to celebrate Tinubu for bringing home what
they called big snake meat may now be wondering whether he brought them only a
mirage of snake meat; they now can see clearly that he didn’t kill the snake
and that the snake has sprung back to strangle him before he could drag its
meat to them.
The disappointed snake
meat eaters may well now consider what I pointed out in the passage immediately
following my warning to Tinubu:
However well any
nationality thinks it has done under Caliphate colonialism, it stands to do
much better after we jointly free ourselves from these arrogant caliphate
parasites, that is to say, after the Caliphate’s lion’s share of the national
cake is taken from them and redistributed. All of today’s non-Caliphate leaders and parties should be able
to compose their differences and push jointly ahead to accomplish a
reconfiguration of Nigeria and put an end, once and for all time, to Caliphate
colonialism.
Having
become President with Tinubu’s help, Buhari is starting with Tinubu in his
Caliphate directed task of subduing all Yorubas and making all of Yorubaland a
footstool of the Caliphate, like they subdued Ilorin two centuries ago, using
Afonja.
=========================
The above
is evidence that, within a month of taking office, Buhari is quickly
implementing two of the five items on my list of his Caliphate hidden agenda.
The other three he will surely move to implement unless he is deterred by
public exposure and massive public resistance.
To better
understand Buhari and his Caliphate mission, here is a historical backgrounder,
a kind of Nigerian History 101:
Caliphate Colonialism-The taproot of the trouble
with Nigeria (Shekere)
Some
Highlights from Caliphate Colonialism
“The new nation
called Nigeria should be an estate of our great-grandfather,
Uthman Dan Fodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We use the
minorities of the North as willing tools and the South as a conquered
territory and never allow them to rule over us, and never allow them to have
control over their future.”

Nigeria, (Parrot Newspaper, 12th Oct. 1960;

Now, how much of Buhari’s overt
change agenda will he carry out? Let’s look at two of the key items he himself
cited in his Inaugural Address: Corruption/lootocracy, the chronic scarcities
of petroleum products and electricity: Since
corruption/lootocracy is precisely the Caliphate’s main feudalist mechanism for
plundering Nigeria, Buhari, as the Caliphate’s political leader, will do
nothing to uproot it. He will do just enough shadow boxing with it to fool the
ever gullible Nigerian public.
The
chronic scarcity of electricity enriches the generator mafia. The chronic scarcity of petroleum products
enriches the oil importers mafia that ensured the destruction of Nigeria’s
refineries. Each of these mafias belongs to Caliphate magnates and their
non-Caliphate agents. These too, like lootocracy, are some of the Caliphate’s
feudalist mechanisms for plundering Nigeria and torturing Nigerians.
Accordingly, Buhari will not uproot any of them. Against each mafia/cabal, he
will do just enough shadow boxing to fool the ever gullible Nigerian public.
And after he has completed his hidden caliphate agenda, there will be no need
to even pretend to be interested in solving these problems. By then the Caliphate’s political conquest of
Nigeria would have been completed and Caliphate Colonialism would have been entrenched,
if not forever, then for a very long time—for generations and generations to
come. And the Nigerians that he fooled with his change mantra will suffer and
gnash their teeth impotently forever.
